    一、 概述

    SUMMARIZATION

    HW蜗壳式混流泵按国家标准最新系列而设计的高效节能产品。其性能指标均达到国际先进水平,省材节能效果显著。

    HW Spiral Mixed-flow Pump is an efficient pump designed by latest national standard.The performance indexes have been upto the international advanced level and the material and energy saving result is remarkable.

    (一) 用途:

    HW型混流泵为卧式、单级、单吸、悬臂蜗壳式混流泵,适用于农田排灌、工业、城镇给排水及船坞、码头引水等。

    I. Application:

    HW Spiral Mixed-flow pump is a horizontal type, single stage, single suction and cantilever spiral mixed flow pump, which is used for farmland irrigation and drainage, industry, town water supply and drainage and water diversion of docks.

    (二) 特点:

    体积小、重量轻、流量大、效率高,抗汽蚀性能好,高效区范围宽广而平坦,结构简单,使用方便,维修容易。

    II. Characteristic:

    Small in size, light weight, large flow, high efficiency, good anti-cavitation performance, board and flat efficient areas, simple structure, easy operation, easy maintenance.

    (三) 型号说明:

    250HW-8为例:

       250—泵进(出)水口直径为250毫米。

       8—泵总扬程为8米。

       III.    Type Instruction:

              Take 250HW-8 for an example:

               250-The diameter of inlet /outlet of pump is 250mm.

               8-The total head of pump is 8m.

       (四)水泵的传动方式

              我厂生产的HW型系列混流泵均可用柴油机、电机带动,其传动方式视各地区动力情况而定,订货时根据原动机的型号(功率、转速)确定水泵的传动方式,以确定皮带轮的大小或联轴器的规格。

      IV.    Drive Mode of Pump

            Our HW seriel mixed-flow pump can be driven by diesel engine and motor.The drive mode can be chosen according to the local motive power situation. When placing an order for the pump, we should decide the drive mode of the pump according to the prime motor type(power, rotate speed) in order to confirm the size of pulley or coupling.

     (五)水泵转向

              从水泵进水口看叶轮为逆时针方向旋转(即箭头所示方向旋转。)

          Look from inlet of pump, the impeller is turning clockwise(turning as the direction indicated by rotation arrow)

    二、结构及作用说明

    Instruction of Structure And Application

    (一)HW型混流泵由泵体、泵盖、叶轮、泵轴和轴承体等主要零件构成。

     I. HW Mixed-flow pump is composed of pump casing, pump cover, impeller, pump spindle and bearing body mainly.

    (二)泵盖是泵与进水管相连的零件,其端面与叶轮之间留有规定的轴向端面间隙(在消除轴承轴向活动间隙以后,保持规定的轴向间隙)。间隙过小产生磨擦,过大则会导致泵内压力水回流,使泵的效率降低,通过增减调整纸垫达到规定的间隙。

    II.  Pump cover is the part connected with water inlet pipe.There is an stated axial end face gap between its end

    face and impeller(Keep the stated axail gap after removing the bearing axial movable gap).Friction will be

    produced if the gap is too small, contrary, if the gap is too large, the pressure water in pump will reflux which

    makes the feeiciency reduced.Adjust the paper washer and make the gap be stated one.

    (三)密封装置是由填料函、水封圈、填料压盖和铅粉(或油浸)石棉盘根填料组成。其作用有:

        1、启动时防止空气吸入泵内,起密封作用。

        2、抽水时防止水从泵内过多的沿轴大量流出。

    III. Sealing equipment is composed of stuffing box, water seal, packing gland,lead powder(or oil immersed)

    asbestos packing padding.Its use is as follows:

        1. When starting, stop the pump from sucking air and realize the sealing function.

        2. When drawing water, stop the water running out through the axle from pump.

    (四)轴套用来保护轴不使它与填料直接摩擦,若长期使用中发现轴套磨损过多,必须换轴套。

    IV. Axile sleeve is used to protect the axle from friction with padding.In long term using, change the axile sleeve

    when the sleeve wears down too much.

    (五)水泵轴的两个支承是轴承体内的轴承,轴承体内存有适量润滑脂以润滑轴承。

    V. Two supportings of water pump axile are bearings in bearing body.There is some lubricating grease in bearing

    body for lubricating bearing.

    (六)轴上的挡水圈可防止水沿泵轴流入轴承体内,从而保护轴承,处长使用寿命。

    VI.The water deflector of axile can stop the water running into the bearing body through the pump axile which

    can protect the bearing and lengthen the service life .

    四、水泵的安装

    Installation of Pump

    (一)安装原则

       1、安装高度:视雨季或旱季不同情况具体考虑,要求吸上真空高度不超过泵的吸程。

       2、安装位置的选择:尽可能靠近水源,做到既保证安全、又缩短进水管路,减少扬程损失。

       3、安装基础:要求土质坚实牢固。

       4、水泵安装时,必须保证泵轴的水平位置。

       5、进水管末端应浸入水平面以下一米左右,但须离开泥底半米左右。

       6、水泵安装好后,计算允许吸上高度和扬程,在水位稳定的条件下,要求为规定数量值的0.8~1.2范围,否则水泵不会正常运行

    I. Installation Principle

      1. Installation Height: Considering the height according to the rainy season or dry season.The suction vacuum

    height can not be higher than the adsorbing height.

      2. Installation Location:The location is better to close to the water source as possible as can.It should be not

    only keeping the safety but also shortening the water inlet pipe and reduce the headloss.

      3. Installation Base:The soil texture should be firm and solid.

      4. During installation, keep the pump axile in horizontal position.

      5.The end of water inlet pipe should be immersed under water in about one meter and far away from the end of mud in about half meter.

      6.After installing the pump,calculate the suitable suction height and head.Under the stable water level condition, the suction height and head should be 0.8-1.2 times of the stated value, otherwise, the pump will not work smoothly.

    (二)注意事项:

       1、用皮带传动时,两皮带轮必须对正且平等,否则易掉带或出事故,传动皮带轮应有防护装置,以保证安全。

     2、进出水路的各连接法兰盘间,应有胶垫,以防进气,漏水。

     3、出水管末端最好能浸沉池内或尽量靠近水面,以避免扬程损失。

     4、如不用底阀,进水管口淹没水中时,应用铁丝网罩或竹制网罩以防水草等杂物进入叶轮,影响水泵正常运转。

    II. Attentions:

    1. When using belt drive, the two pulleys should be aligned and equal, otherwise, the belt is easy to run out or

    accident happens.The drive belts should be equipped with protective device for keeping safety.

    2. There should be rubber mats between the connecting flange plates of water in and out pipes for preventing from

    air suction and  water-leaking.

    3.It is better to make the end of water outlet pipe immerse in the pool or near the water surface as soon as possible

    for stopping headloss.

    4.If there is no bottom valve using, pls use wire netting or bamboo mesh enclosure to avoid the waterweeds and

    other sundries into the impeller to influence the normal works of pump.

     

     

    五、使用保养

    Maintenance

    (一)试车:

      水泵在安装完毕后,必须试车,其目的:

    1、 使各种配合部分运转协调。

    2、 检查和消除安装中的毛病。

    3、 检查水泵的转向是否符合要求

     I. Test Run

    Do test run after installation for the following purposes:

    1.Make all parts cooperate well.

    2.Check and remove the problems during the installation.

    3.Check the diversion of pump if it is up to the mustard.

    (二)开车前准备:

         1、检查地脚螺栓的坚固情况。

         2、检查传动皮带松紧程度及安装设备是否安装妥善。

         3、检查进、出水管是否进气、漏水。

         4、检查填料松紧是否适宜。

         5、检查电动机和水泵轴心线是否在同一直线上,直联时,电动机旋转方向是否符合泵的旋转方向。

         6、检查泵内有无障碍,轴是否卡住,用手转动应轻无杂音

    II. Preparation Before Starting

         1. Check the foundation bolts if they are firm.

         2. Check the degree of tightness of drive belt and check the installation if it is suitable.

         3.Check the water–in and outpipes if they are leaking water and air.

         4.Check the degeree of tightness of padding if it is suitable.

         5.Check the motor and pump axile lead if they are in the same line and check the direction of rotation of motor if it is the same with the rotation direction of pump.

         6.Check the pump if there are barriers , if the axile locks, there should be no noises when turing it by hand.

    (三)开车顺序:

         1、关闭出口闸阀

         2、将水注入水泵,以排除进水管及泵内空气,可从泵体顶端引水杯注入清水,也可用真空泵注水(开动真空泵,排除水泵及管内气体在水充满水泵的同时,起动水泵,打开闸阀,停止真空泵)。

         3、开启电动机(注意水泵的旋转方向)。

         4、当电动机正常运转后,逐步开大闸阀,达到所要求的工况后,调节填料松紧。若水泵运转,轴承温度等都正常,则可继续运行。

    III.  Starting Sequence

        1.Close the oulet sluice valve.

        2. Inject water into pump to remove the air in water-in pipe and pump which can realized by injecting clear water from the water diversion cup of the pump body end or by vacuum pump(start the vacuum pump, remove the air from pump and pipes, start the water pump when the pump is full of water, open the sluice valve, stop the vacuum pump).

        3. Start the motor(pay more attention on the rotation direction of pump)

        4. When the motor runs normally, turn up the sluice valve gradually, adjust the tightness of padding when gettng to the required working condition.If the pump runs well, the temperature of bearing is normal, and it can run sequentially.

    (四)使用与保养:Use And Maintenance

         1、经常检查轴承温度,轴承箱内应装70%钙基黄油,不得过多或过少,轴承升温一般不得比周围超过35°C,轴承的极限温度不得超过75°C(用手摸感到烫手),若超过应停车检查原因予以消除。

    Check the bearing temperature regularly.The bearing box should be put 70% butter,it can not be too much or too little.The temperature rising of bearing can not be more than 35°C higher than around temperature and the limiting temperature of bearing is 75°C,if the temperature is higher than 75°C, stop to check the reason and adjust it.

         2、注意功率是否突然增大或降低,流量扬程是否突然减少,如有应停车检查。

    Pay more attention to know if the power suddenly increases or reduces, if the flow and head are suddenly lessen, if it is, pls stop to check.

         3、经常注意检查各部分螺丝是否因振动而松动,如松动应随时上紧。

    Check all parts screws if they are loose, tighten them after finding.

         4、注意填料的冷却情况,填料的的调整,不可太紧,以液体能一滴一滴漏出为准,填料太紧发热、消耗功率。填料太松、使水泵中的液体漏损过多,降低效率。

    Pay more attention to the cooling condition of padding.The padding can not be too tight, it is ok that the fluid can leak in drops.The temperature will be high if the padding is too tight which consumes power.If the padding is too loose, the fluid leaks too much, the efficiency will be lower.

         5、泵运转时注意有无杂音及泵内是否有剧烈的磨擦和撞击声,如有就停车检查。

    When the pump is running, pls pay more attetion on the noise and friction and clashing noise, if there are strong noise, pls stop the pump to check.

         6、检查进、出水管路有无进气漏气现象。

    Check the water-in and out pipes if they are leaking air.

         7、如电机与水泵为直联传动,需检查电机与水泵的轴心线是否在同一直线上,以防转时振动。

    When the motor and pump are direct connected drive ,check the motor and pump axile lead if they are in the same line to avoid vibrating.

         8、水泵在冬季使用时,停车后应将水泵内和管道内的存水放尽以防冻裂。

    If use the pump in winter, pls run off the water from the pump and pipes.

         9、水泵每使用一个灌溉季节后,应更换润滑黄油后存放。

    Replace the lubricating oil after using the pump for one irrigation season.

        10、水泵工作满500小时,应仔细拆卸检查零件的磨损情况,如长期停用,应将运转部分拆下擦干上油妥善保管。

    After the pump works for 500 hours, pls dismantle the pump to check the attrition condition of all parts carefully.If the pump leaves unused for long time, pls dismantle the driving parts, dry them and oil them for safekeeping.
